“I became interested in buying property in Big Bear spring of 2004. I began surfing the web for available properties and soon for a reputable Real Estate Agent. After e-mailing several agents in the Big Bear area, Jamanna was the first to respond. The other agents that I had e-mailed took 3-5 days to respond- some didn't even bother to! My choice in agents was clear- Jamanna. We spoke via e-mail for a couple of days and set up a Saturday to begin looking at properties in the price range that I dictated. When I arrived at Welcome Home Realty and met Jamanna, I indeed felt welcome. After that first Saturday of house hunting in August, 3 more Saturdays followed throughout the next 4 months. My wife Laura & I just purchased a home in Big Bear in September of ‘05. I am not one to write letters of recommendation, but in this case we felt it was necessary to convey our thanks and appreciation to Jamanna Grigsby & her staff at Welcome Home Realty.

 

We began looking on the Internet for a second home almost a year prior to making our purchase. My wife called many realtors in the Big Bear area & received very few return calls.
